A Road Diamond brake shoe anchor pin bush is a replaceable cylindrical bearing or sleeve that is pressed into the brake spider (the brake’s backing plate). Its purpose is to provide a clean, wear-resistant, and low-friction surface for the brake shoe anchor pin to pivot and slide within.
